Selection of course assessments for completion by students

This page provides a number of examples of course evaluations I have developed, or helped develop over the years.

If you use, or develop, any of these questionnaires I would be most grateful if you could let me know.

Most of the questionnaires are in pdf format. In some instances pdf versions were derived from Teleform versions of the questionnaires (Teleform is a piece of software which allows you to create, scan and manage questionnaires).
